About Us & Our Services

We have been involved in aquaculture since 1965.

We evolved from a hatchery operation, supplying game fish and Triploid Grass Carp for aquatic weed control, and later we added fountains, high oxygen transfer aerators, and subsurface aeration systems.

Over a decade ago, at the request of our customers, we began offering lake maintenance services.

The typical contract provides all services needed to maintain an attractive and healthy pond. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

We sell, install, and service all types of fountains and aerators.

We stock ponds with Triploid Grass Carp to assist with aquatic with aquatic weed and algae control.

We use approved aquatic herbicides and algaecides as needed. These products are completely safe for aquatic life, birds, pets and people.

If the situation warrants, we will use natural colored pond dyes.

We may provide game fish if needed. Largemouth Bass will help control frog population and Bluegill will eat mosquito larvae.

We monitor water quality and perform water quality tests.

We advise management of potential adverse trends.

We remove trash from water and edges of ponds during scheduled visits.

The contracts that we offer are for twelve month periods, and generally we provide twice monthly visits from March to October and once monthly from October to March.

We carry Workman’s Compensation, General Liability, and we are licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina to apply aquatic herbicides and algeacide and are licensed to sell fish in all of these states.
